Just adding an image with minimal context to understand why I did this. But it was driven by Scrum teams only being coached on just The Scrum Framework. However, the roots of Scrum are deep within the philosophy of The Toyota Production System.
Some readers will rightly criticise this but we should be mindful that Toyota does use The Scrum Framework. Perhaps not to this extent but it does show some useful synergy between the two.
