About
There’s only 4 values but enough to convey a message of the building blocks to Agile. I’ve added some images as it helps me to remember. Yes, we have to live them and utilise them at work for the reasons to become clearer. For example, I still see cases where too much time has been ‘wasted’ on documentation of requirements not done; as opposed to seeing the delight of a stakeholder when handing them a mobile device showcasing the latest version of ‘working software’.
